Reclaiming Youth at Risk is a movement of professionals, citizens, parents, and policy leaders concerned with children and youth who are in conflict in their home, school and community. Trainers from the H.O.W.A. Family Center are available to inservice teachers, parents and service providers on best practices for engaging Native American youth and youth at risk.
