The Talent Bank is a strategy of the H.O.W.A. Family Center to connect families with community resources. Individual citizens, businesses, community groups, and churches contribute to the wellness of families by offering one free service or item per year. Community Talent Bank drop boxes are located in the H.O.W.A. Family Center, businesses, churches and community centers.
